FEIG ELECTRONIC has been developing and manufacturing RFID systems under the brand name OBID since 1991.
The company has to date sold well over 1 million RFID readers. In addition, FEIG ELECTRONIC is one of the few companies to offer readers and antennas for all three frequency ranges with passive transponder technology: LF (125 kHz), HF (13.56 MHz) and UHF (860-960 MHz).
RFID reader systems from FEIG ELECTRONIC are in use across the globe. Readers are developed according to international standards in close cooperation with all leading manufacturers of transponder chips, and support all major types of transponder (multi-tag readers).
